Most Austrian highways ("Autobahn") terminate/originate in Vienna.
Unlike Germany, there is a strictly enforced speed limit of 130 km/h on highways. Within towns it is 50 km/h and on major roads, it is 100 km/h.

They were however, in ‘A guide to insulin treated diabetes and driving.’ an information leaflet sent out to drivers once their new diagnosis of insulin-treated diabetes had been reported to the DVLA. An updated version of the leaflet is now available on the DVLA website at the above link, which makes it very clear that all drivers with insulin-treated diabetes are required to notify the DVLA, and that a copy of the leaflet would also be sent to the patient’s clinician.
