Malaysia Buttock Implants - The Plastic Surgery Procedure
This surgical procedure also called gluteoplasty or buttock augmentation. It is designed to reshape the size of your buttocks and create more firm and aesthetic appearance. The buttock area is not easily changed by weight reduction or exercise, therefore you may consider this operation to improve the look of your buttock. In general, every person wishing to undergo the operation, and is in a good physical condition, can do so.
During the operation the surgeon inserts silicon implants into your gluteal area. Unlike breast implants, these are soft and solid, their shape and size vary, according to individual body form and desires.
Malaysia Buttock Implants - The Implants
There are few kinds of implants: round or oval (also called an anatomic implant). The most common implants are those made of silicon. It comes with a smooth or textured surface and they are solid (meaning: they rarely spill or rupture). The selection of an implant is usually made according to the surgeon's advice and your preference.
Malaysia Buttock Implants - Insertion Locations
The incision for the implant insertion can be made in several locations: two excisions, either on the superior buttocks or inferior buttock near the posterior thigh. Both incisions leave a quite visible scar. One excision is made in the sacrum area, it goes from top down, and is usually small (4-6cm). The only problem is that such incision tends to become infected more often; this can be treated with antibiotics. The implant can be placed above or below the gluteal muscles. Finally, a liposuction can be added to this procedure to further shape your buttocks.
This procedure is preformed under general anesthesia and usually lasts one hour, liposuction may require an additional half hour (consult local Malaysia surgeon).
Malaysia Buttock Implants - Risks
Every procedure has its risks: this one includes bleeding, infection, nerve and/or muscle damage and damage to the implants, such as silicon spillage and buttock asymmetry.
Malaysia Buttock Implants - After Surgery
After surgery you will feel pain and discomfort, and you will be prescribed with painkillers. You also have to wear a special bandage for 2-3 weeks to help your buttocks gain their new look. Occasionally you may feel either temperature changes or numbness in the area. This will resolve after a few months. It may take about 3 months for the swelling to resolve and the buttocks to regain their final appearance. You'll be able to go back to full activity after one month. Since the implants are placed far from the bony area you will have no trouble sitting. Finally, the implants will give your butt the look like you have been working out for years.

Malaysia History Malaya was formed in the year 1957 and became independent from British Colonialisation. The Union Jack was lowered and the first Malaysian flag was raised in the Merdeka (independent) square on midnight 31st August, 1957. 6 years later, Malaysia was formed in 1963 through a merging of Malaya and Singapore, including the East Malaysian states of Sabah (known then as North Borneo) and Sarawak on the northern coast of Borneo. The first several years of the country's history were marred by Indonesian efforts to control Malaysia, Philippine claims to Sabah, and Singapore's secession in 1965.
Today's Malaysia is a constitutional monarchy, nominally headed by the Paramount Ruler (Yang di-Pertuan Agong), who is elected for a five-year term from among the nine sultans of the Malay states. The current king, from Terengganu, was sworn in on 13 Dec 2006. In practice, however, power is held by the Prime Minister, who is the leader of elected government. The United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party and its National Alliance (Barisan Nasional) coalition have ruled Malaysia uninterrupted since its independence, and while periodic elections are contested by feisty opposition parties, the balance has so far always been shifted in the government's favor by press control and use of restrictive security legislation dating from the colonial era.
Malaysia Holidays Ramadan dates
2007 (1428): Sep 13 - Oct 11
2008 (1429): Sep 1 - Sep 29
2009 (1430): Aug 21 - Sep 19 Exact dates depend on astronomical observations and may vary from country to country.
Multicultural Malaysia celebrates a vast range of festivals, but the ones to look out for nationwide are Islamic holidays, most notably the fasting month of Ramadhan. During its 30 days, devout Muslims refrain from passing anything through their lips (food, drink, smoke) between sunrise and sunset. People get up early to stuff themselves before sunrise (sahur), and take off early to get back home in time to break fast (buka puasa) at sunset. At the end of the month is the festival of Hari Raya Puasa, also known as Aidilfitri, when pretty much the entire country takes a week or two off to head back home to visit family; this is the one time of year when Kuala Lumpur has no traffic jams, but the rest of the country does, and traveling around Malaysia is best avoided if at all possible.

- The Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use of the European Medicines Evaluation Agency has issued a positive opinion recommending approval of a 300mg tablet of clopidogrel (Plavix®). This positive opinion needs to be ratified by the EC in the coming months before final approval. The new tablet strength is intended to facilitate the use of the approved loading dose in patients with acute coronary syndrome managed with percutaneous intervention and STEMI patients. The ongoing 'CURRENT' study is investigating whether the use of a clopidogrel 600mg loading dose, followed by an intensified clopidogrel dosing regimen (6 days at 150mg follow by 75mg) yields improved clinical outcomes as compared to clopidogrel 300mg loading dose followed by 75mg in 1400 ACS patients managed with an early invasive strategy. The primary endpoint is the reduction of a composite endpoint of cardiovascular death, stroke and MI and the results are expected by the end of 2008.
