BR Buttock Implants - The Plastic Surgery Procedure
This surgical procedure also called gluteoplasty or buttock augmentation. It is designed to reshape the size of your buttocks and create more firm and aesthetic appearance. The buttock area is not easily changed by weight reduction or exercise, therefore you may consider this operation to improve the look of your buttock. In general, every person wishing to undergo the operation, and is in a good physical condition, can do so.
During the operation the surgeon inserts silicon implants into your gluteal area. Unlike breast implants, these are soft and solid, their shape and size vary, according to individual body form and desires.
BR Buttock Implants - The Implants
There are few kinds of implants: round or oval (also called an anatomic implant). The most common implants are those made of silicon. It comes with a smooth or textured surface and they are solid (meaning: they rarely spill or rupture). The selection of an implant is usually made according to the surgeon's advice and your preference.
BR Buttock Implants - Insertion Locations
The incision for the implant insertion can be made in several locations: two excisions, either on the superior buttocks or inferior buttock near the posterior thigh. Both incisions leave a quite visible scar. One excision is made in the sacrum area, it goes from top down, and is usually small (4-6cm). The only problem is that such incision tends to become infected more often; this can be treated with antibiotics. The implant can be placed above or below the gluteal muscles. Finally, a liposuction can be added to this procedure to further shape your buttocks.
This procedure is preformed under general anesthesia and usually lasts one hour, liposuction may require an additional half hour (consult local BR surgeon).
BR Buttock Implants - Risks
Every procedure has its risks: this one includes bleeding, infection, nerve and/or muscle damage and damage to the implants, such as silicon spillage and buttock asymmetry.
BR Buttock Implants - After Surgery
After surgery you will feel pain and discomfort, and you will be prescribed with painkillers. You also have to wear a special bandage for 2-3 weeks to help your buttocks gain their new look. Occasionally you may feel either temperature changes or numbness in the area. This will resolve after a few months. It may take about 3 months for the swelling to resolve and the buttocks to regain their final appearance. You'll be able to go back to full activity after one month. Since the implants are placed far from the bony area you will have no trouble sitting. Finally, the implants will give your butt the look like you have been working out for years.

Brazil Culture Owing to Brazil’s continental dimensions, varied geography, history and people, the country’s culture is rich and diverse. It has several regional variations, and in spite of being mostly unified by a single language, some regions are so different from each other that they could have become different countries altogether.
Music plays an important part in Brazilian identity. Styles like choro, samba and bossa nova are considered genuinely Brazilian. Caipira music is also in the roots of sertanejo (the national equivalent to country music). MPB stands for Brazilian Popular Music, which mixes several national styles under a single concept. Forr?, a north-eastern happy dancing music style, has also become common nationwide. New urban styles include funk - name given to a dance music genre from Rio's favelas that mixes heavy electronic beats and often raunchy rapping - and techno-brega, a crowd-pleaser in northern states, that fuses romantic pop, dance music and caribbean rhythms.
A mixture of martial arts, dance, music and game, capoeira was brought to Brazil by African slaves. Distinguished by vivacious complicated movements and accompanying music, it can be seen and practiced in many Brazilian cities.
Brazil By boat Amazon river boats connect northern Brazil with Peru, Venezuela and Colombia. The ride is a gruelling 12 days upriver though. From French Guiana, you can cross the river Oyapoque, which takes about 15 minutes.

- The FDA is investigating a potential link between CellCept® (mycophenolate mofetil) and Myfortic® (mycophenolic acid) and the development of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), a rare life-threatening disorder that affects the CNS, and usually occurs in immunosuppressed patients.
Data submitted by Roche is currently being examined by the agency, including postmarketing reports of PML and the proposed revisions to the CellCept prescribing information. Novartis, the manufacturer of Myfortic, has been has asked for data on PML cases and to revise the Myfortic prescribing information to include the same information about PML included in the CellCept prescribing information. The FDA review will take about 2 months to complete and until further information becomes available, patients and healthcare professionals are advised to be aware of this risk.
