Austria Buttock Implants - The Plastic Surgery Procedure
This surgical procedure also called gluteoplasty or buttock augmentation. It is designed to reshape the size of your buttocks and create more firm and aesthetic appearance. The buttock area is not easily changed by weight reduction or exercise, therefore you may consider this operation to improve the look of your buttock. In general, every person wishing to undergo the operation, and is in a good physical condition, can do so.

During the operation the surgeon inserts silicon implants into your gluteal area. Unlike breast implants, these are soft and solid, their shape and size vary, according to individual body form and desires.

Austria Buttock Implants - The Implants
There are few kinds of implants: round or oval (also called an anatomic implant). The most common implants are those made of silicon. It comes with a smooth or textured surface and they are solid (meaning: they rarely spill or rupture). The selection of an implant is usually made according to the surgeon`s advice and your preference.

Austria Buttock Implants - Insertion Locations
The incision for the implant insertion can be made in several locations: two excisions, either on the superior buttocks or inferior buttock near the posterior thigh. Both incisions leave a quite visible scar. One excision is made in the sacrum area, it goes from top down, and is usually small (4-6cm). The only problem is that such incision tends to become infected more often; this can be treated with antibiotics. The implant can be placed above or below the gluteal muscles. Finally, a liposuction can be added to this procedure to further shape your buttocks.

This procedure is preformed under general anesthesia and usually lasts one hour, liposuction may require an additional half hour (consult local Austria surgeon).

Austria Buttock Implants - Risks
Every procedure has its risks: this one includes bleeding, infection, nerve and/or muscle damage and damage to the implants, such as silicon spillage and buttock asymmetry.

Austria Buttock Implants - After Surgery
After surgery you will feel pain and discomfort, and you will be prescribed with painkillers. You also have to wear a special bandage for 2-3 weeks to help your buttocks gain their new look. Occasionally you may feel either temperature changes or numbness in the area. This will resolve after a few months. It may take about 3 months for the swelling to resolve and the buttocks to regain their final appearance. You`ll be able to go back to full activity after one month. Since the implants are placed far from the bony area you will have no trouble sitting. Finally, the implants will give your butt the look like you have been working out for years.

Austria Climate

Austria has a temperate continental climate. Summers last from early June to mid-September and can be hot in some years and rainy in others. Day-time temperatures in July and August are around 25° C (77° F), but can often reach 35° C (95° F). Winters are cold in the lowlands and very harsh in the Alpine region with temperatures often dropping below -10° C (14° F). Winters last from December to March (longer at higher altitudes). In the Alpine region large temperature fluctuations occur all year round and nights are chilly even in high summer. The northern Alps are generally a lot wetter than the rest of the country. The South East (Styria and Carinthia) is dry and sunny. The area around Vienna often experiences strong easterly winds.

How is Buttock Implants Done?
In Austria(AT), it is down through relocation of fat from another part of your body to your gluteus maximus, or buttock. This makes the butt look firmer and shapelier. Fat grafting is allowed wherever it is possible to have fat removal from areas like the thigh. Sometimes, silicone implants.

Austria buttock implants - News update:
Abstract  Necrotising fasciitis is a rapidly progressive, polymicrobial synergistic soft tissue infection that spreads along fascial planes beneath seemingly normal skin. The relatively benign appearance of the extremity is misleading and often results in delay in diagnosis and increased morbidity or death. Involvement of bone is not a recognised feature. Successful management requires early detection, radical surgical debridement and broad spectrum intravenous antibiotics. We report an unusual case of necrotising fasciitis in a 61-year-old male who presented with musculoskeletal symptoms and gas within the femoral head as well as surrounding soft tissues. This resulted in necrosis of the femoral head with the development of chronic osteomyelitis, requiring long-term antibiotics and ultimately proximal femoral excision. We describe a previously unreported presentation of this condition with musculoskeletal involvement and discuss the potential pitfalls in delayed diagnosis.
