China Holidays

China is a huge country with endless travel opportunities. However, during holidays, tickets of any kind are hard to come by and the rates for hotel rooms skyrocket. It can be quite difficult to find a seat of any kind, especially for those traveling from remote western China to the east coast or in the opposite direction.

These aren't one-day holidays: workers get at least a week or two off for Chinese New Year and one week is common for both National Day and Labour Day. Students generally get at least four weeks off at Spring Festival and a 9-day (two weekends framing a work week) break for the other two.


CN Breast Augmentation - The Plastic Surgery Procedure

The plastic surgery operation is usually done when the breast reaches its final size after puberty (ages 17-18). Except for cases when there is congenital breast hypoplasia or breast asymmetry in which it can be done earlier (local regulations in CN may be applicable).

There are three possible areas for the insertion of an implant for augmentation. The lower fold of the breast is the most common site. It allows full excess and lives a hidden scar. The second site is through the areola. This incision gives the best esthetic results but it is also the only one that goes through the breast tissue therefore the risk of infection and sensation loss is higher. The third one is through the armpits. Some plasit surgeons prefer it because the scar is almost invisible (except for those women who like to wear open close with no sleeves(. The augmentation implant can be inserted above or below the chest muscles. The below position considered to be more preferable by most CN surgeons. Most of the implants are made of silicon, and since the FDA determined that they safe for use they are being widely used by most plastic surgeons in CN.
