However, foreigners (except for EU citizens) have to register at the police within 72 hours. If you have booked with a travel agency, this will be taken care of. In open rhinoplasty nose procedure, the surgeon in Bulgaria (BG) - would administer a mild sedation or a local anesthetic to the patient.
