Here is some General Information about Thailand:

Thailand Climate

Thailand is largely tropical, so it's hot and humid all year around with temperatures in the 28-35°C range, a degree of relief provided only in the mountains in the far north of Thailand. The careful observer will, however, note three seasons:

Cool: From November to the end of February, it doesn't rain much and temperatures are at their lowest, although you will barely notice the difference in the south and will only need to pack a sweater if hiking in the northern mountains, where temperatures can fall as low as 5°C. This is the most popular time to visit and, especially around Christmas and New Year's, finding flights and accommodation can be expensive and difficult.
Hot: From March to June, Thailand swelters in temperatures as high as 40°C. Pleasant enough when sitting on the beach with a drink in hand, but not the best time of year to go temple-tramping in Bangkok.
Rainy: From July to October, although it only really gets underway in September, tropical monsoons hit most of the country. This doesn't mean it rains non-stop, but when it does it pours and flooding is not uncommon.

There are local deviations to these general patterns. In particular, the south-east coast of Thailand (including Ko Samui) has the rains reversed, with the peak season being May-October and the rainy off season in November-February.

Before the procedure

You need to understand that there are risks involved with any kind of liposuction. Traditional liposuction is about manually pumping out fat from your body whereas using the laser liposuction, fat is removed although it is done using the heat and intensity of the laser beam. Hence, be sure you are informed about the procedure before you actually go in for it.

The reality

body procedure is supposed to be swift and painless. A laser probe will be placed into the designated area for fat removal. The laser directly attacks the fat cells while leaving the surrounding area clean and undamaged. Ideally, it shouldn’t take more than an hour for each target zone.

After the procedure

You need to take care and keep up with regular doctor in Thailand (TH) appointments once your surgery is completed. It is not possible to completely benefit from the skin procedure if you don’t take adequate care post the plastic surgery. Sometimes, you might have swelling, which is normal with any procedure that involves redesigning or sculpting the body.

Miscellaneous

Since this is considered a cosmetic procedure, you might have to be clear with the doctor in Thailand (TH) - regarding how you are going to want it to be done. Any miscommunication and you might end up with something that you might be unhappy with. Also, laser liposuction is concentrated on cellulite treatment, so be prepared to see some side effects as well. It is not cheap and will set you back by at least $3000, which moves north with more areas.
