Planing on having implant removal procedure in Paris France?
Here is some General Information about Paris France:

Paris By car
Several autoroutes link Paris with the rest of France: A1 and A3 to the north, A5 and A6 to the south, A4 to the east and A13 and A10 to the west. Not surprisingly traffic jams are significantly worse during French school holidays. Online visual traffic information is available at http://www.sytadin.equipement.gouv.fr/.

The multi-lane highway around Paris, called the P?riph?rique, is probably preferable to driving through the center. Another beltway nearing completion La Francilienne loops around Paris about 10 km further out from the P?riph?rique.

Paris France implant removal - News update:

Objective  To present and interpret results of patch testing with the Mayo Clinic standard series over 5 years.

Design  Retrospective study. A standardized patch testing technique was used. Data were recorded on a standardized computer program from January 1, 2001, to December 31, 2005, and analyzed.

Setting  Tertiary referral center.

Patients  Patients who were referred for patch testing.

Intervention  Patch testing with the "standard series," ie, a standard series of allergens used by most clinicians to identify the most common offending allergens in patients with allergic contact dermatitis.

Main Outcome Measures  Number of patients patch tested, allergens used over this period, and rates of allergic patch test reactions to allergens.

Results  A total of 3854 patients (mean age, 55.1 years; age range, 6.2-99.4 years; 2576 female [66.8%]) were tested. All dermatologists in the department performed patch testing. The mean number of allergens included was 69.3 (range, 6-87). There were 2664 patients with at least 1 positive reaction (69.1%) and 1933 with 2 or more positive reactions (50.2%). Metals, fragrances, topical antibiotics, preservatives, and individual allergens used in hair-care products, topical corticosteroids, glues, plastics, and rubber were still the most common allergen groups associated with allergic patch test reactions.

Conclusions  We describe the structure of the patch testing service at our referral center. Ongoing analysis of our patch test reaction rates allows us to recommend broad, clinically relevant, and up-to-date allergens for testing.

Complications
Some uncommon (though possible) complications include:
• Loss of nipple sensation;
• Scarring;
• Bleeding; and
• Loose skin.

Removal of Large Breast Implants
Occasionally, women who opt for removal of large breast implants, especially those that are inserted on top of the muscle and under the breast glands, are left with major cosmetic deformity in their breasts if they opt to not replace the breast implants or have further cosmetic surgery.

Tissue atrophy and chest wall deformity often result from breast implant removal. Breasts may also be smaller than they were before the implants because of hormone changes or weight loss. Sagging may also become more apparent after breast implant removal.

Emotional Effects
Some women suffer from psychological distress after breast implant removal.
It is normal to feel some sadness.

If psychological symptoms last a reasonable amount of time after breast implant removal, the patient should seek professional help.
