When you go through passport control into Russia, you will give the border official a filled-in migration card. You should be given the card back, and it should be stamped. When the anesthetic had taken effect, the plastic surgeon would make small incisions behind the ear for exposing the cartilage. Usually, a tight bandage would be wrapped around the head to cover both the ears and protect them while they heal. Painkillers might be needed for the first few days. Since the bandage would affect your hearing, you might avoid going to work or school until the bandage is removed.
